D01s – Dinner and Drinks at the Beeville Country Club, 6pm Saturday (3/17/2018)

We will all gather together at the end of our three-day adventure at the Beeville Country Club with dinner, drinks (cash bar) and a keynote address by recognized wildlife photographer Ruth Hoyt.

The Country Club property was carved from a large family ranch prior to WWII and the first building was by the WPA (Works Projects Administration). Officially organized as a country club during the first regional oil boom, the Club was frequented by both oilmen and their families, as well as officers from the nearby Naval Air Station. Today, the Club facilities are nestled under stately live oak trees and presides over a beautiful nine-hole golf course.

Expect to enjoy some of the best cooking in south Texas. Vegetarian options will be available by request.
